Order scheduling and dispatching
Problem
Typical production levels for a facility can be to release ~ 90 orders per week, with over 210 orders in progress at any given time. This creates a potential for the MES order interface to become overwhelming, causing operators to select the wrong order, leading to execution delays and/or errors.
Solution
Production orders can be organized and released as needed by a RTMS on a per day or shift basis, OR on a per work cell basis as a function of predictive scheduling.
