A Real Time Production Scheduling (RTPS) tool to enable plant schedulers and operations teams to quickly simulate “what if” scenarios and output the “next best” simulated schedule based on current plant variables. The RTPS is a self-correcting tool which continually updates from real-time data and can adjust scheduling parameters. The RTPS can also be used to develop model flow diagrams for identification of de-bottlenecking opportunities.
